As the "paper nerd", Emily, mentioned, this week is the National Stationery Show in New York City! Thousands of paperies, specialty stores, buyers, and enthusiasts (ahem, Emily) come to the trade show every year. There are parties, demonstrations, booths, and book signings galore to satisfy any stationery fan.
With the National Stationery Show under way in New York City, what better way to celebrate how awesome stationery is (really, great stationery IS awesome) than with a giveaway from one of the personal favorite stationery design studios, the LV Studio. Also, I had a wonderful time going through all of the family pictures you guys sent in! Some were endearing, some were adorable, and some were just down-right hilarious. According to my mother, this is from a roll of film in which I made a face in every single photo. This is one of my favorite pictures because I love the way she and my Daddy are looking at each other (even though his face was cut off). Even though I look like a small gremlin, you can see how much they love each other and how much they love me.
That hasn't changed a bit in the time since this photo was taken. They love me and support me wherever I go, which right now is across the ocean in France. I miss them both terribly, but whenever I get homesick, I just look at this picture and it reminds me how much they truly love me.

I love the "Katie" design, especially the peachy poppy color of the design. Love!
I love the 'Nancy' design. I am not having a destination wedding (not be my choice), but I love the simplicity of the design. It's beautiful!
I am in love with Sonali. The colors and design are so fresh and tropical. I would be too excited to either send these out if I was having a destination wedding or receive one in the mail, knowing that the event would I be attending would be an amazing getaway!
Hands down the "Nancy". As a Southern gal with a HUGE Southern family, my fiancé and I have opted for a destination wedding. But I am sure many of ya'll have this issue: I want to be a Southern Traditional bride but with a flare of modern and now tropical accents. Nothing that screams "Cheesy beachy" but simple relaxed elegance mixed with tradition.
These invitations epitomize simplistic style with a twist on a traditional layout. I am dyin' over here:)
I love the "Nellie" collection! Gray and yellow are one of my favorite color combos and the envelope liner is to die for!
I LOVE the Nelli. It's pretty busy but I think it would just be such a fun peice of mail to get!! and I'm using navy, yellow, and grey for my spring wedding next year which would work VERY well!
I like the Ruth suite. The floral design would suit my wedding just perfectly.
I am head over heels in love with the Samantha stationary. So in love, in fact, that I'm contemplating re-ordering my entire wedding suite for my June 12th, 2010 wedding! Kidding, of course [that would make me a bridezilla!], but I too am a card-carrying paper freak, and LV's designs are to die for!

I love the Mary collection. The design reminds me of the detail work on the side of my engagement ring (that belonged to my great grandmother who I was named after). Gorgeous!
