Inside the Print Edition, Vol. II :: Watercolor, Part IV

With photographer Fred Egan's recent successes in the fashion photography world, we're left with a little bit of a "we knew him when!" feeling.  No wonder, then, his Watercolor shoot with Annette and Jared turned out so well.  The day started on the beach with our favorite Paul Frederick suit (told you we put it to work!), a Nicole Miller dress, a golden retriever from the neighbors, a parasol from Pamela's Parasols, a bowtie from Southern Proper, and a few hippie chic accessories from Joy and Ashley.  Their craftiness knows no bounds!

We then moved back to the park for a little picnic, complete with a summer salad and a newsprint sailboat.  One of the series we're not showing you here is a super-cute "breakfast in bed" scenario.  It was amazing to watch Joy and Fred "flip" one of the rooms at the Watercolor house where the crew was bunking.  The room was lovely before they started, but it's incredible to see what some new bedding, lighting, and props, as well as a heavy dose of artful styling, can do in a few minutes.

Big thanks to Two Fishes Artistry for their genius hair and makeup skills and to Shelby Peaden for her ever-capable assistance!

Remember, NONE of these photos are from the print edition.  Be sure to check out the most recent issue to see the good stuff!
