Chocolate Butterbean Giveaway :: Winner

I just spent two hours reading through every contest entry and all I can say is that I am overwhelmed by the adorable stories our readers sent in. We asked our readers to tell us about how they met their significant others and it is awe-inspiring to hear how many couples met in preschool or were high school sweethearts. The entries varied from super sweet to hilarious and a few posts even had me close to tears.

I had such a blast reading all of the entries and it would take me a year to pick a single winner. To solve this dilemma, we randomly selected the winner with a random number generator.

Congratulations to Christina S whose response made me laugh out loud:

*Crash! Screech! "UH OH" was how me and my SO met 2 and a half years ago. I was helping a friend move and standing in a driveway holding a dresser. He pulled up in his SUV backed over her mailbox. I like to think he was so stricken with my strength and beauty that he lost sight of everything else going on. :P We became friends throughout the day, had a fun time that night as a devil and a penguin (it was Halloween). We chatted over the next several weeks and knew we were meant for each other!

 Christina will be receiving a beautiful custom sign from Chocolate Butterbean. Enjoy!

This soup looks yummy! My grandma makes butterbeans. I like them for the name, I mean...anything with butter in the name has to be good. Plus, a little play on words so that I leave my grandma looking confused, I call them bada-bing's. lol.
