Happy Birthday Whitney and Katharine!

I have to stop and say a very happy birthday to Whitney, my right hand woman, who is leaving her teen years today and stepping into the big 2-0.  If you know Whit, you know she's wise well beyond her years.  Every time we say her age in the office, our jaws drop.  She has more class, wit, drive, passion, smarts and power than most 30 year olds I know.  If I was half as incredible as she is now at 20, I'd be president of my own country by now.  Whitney, you never cease to impress me and make me smile.  Thanks for being so warm, giving, courageous and downright hillarious.  You deserve the best birthday ever!  I love you so much!

And a happy belated birthday to Katharine who celebrated while I was in Florida.  If you missed her bday video, be sure to check it out here.  It's a bit dark, so listen carefully for familiar voices (aka- Jory, Kyle, Jeff, Fred, Whit, Em, Sandi and friends).  Katharine, you blow me away daily with your brilliance.  You are a force to be reckoned with and I can't wait for the future with you!
