This Monday I have some magnificent things to share with all of you! Doesn't matter if your engaged and planning your wedding or your just a blogaholic addicted to weddings. Here are the highlights of what I find fabulous in the wedding world.

The Southern Weddings Blog was named as one of the Top 100 Wedding Blogs to Follow in 2009! This honor comes from {Bridetide.com}, aka The Wedding News Website. We were overjoyed to see our name on the list with so many wonderful wedding blogs that we also follow. Check out the list {here}. If your like me, you even will learn of a few more to add to your blog roll.

In other news, {Tara Guerard} who is a fabulously talented event designer from Charleston and author of {Southern Weddings} (the book). Has launched a new blog titled {Tara Guerard's Bon Bon Blog}. We love Tara! Don't believe us? Then check out the Premiere Issue of Southern Weddings Magazine and flip to Tara's article in which she shares some of her favorite soiree secrets. My favorite is the ice cream display in hollowed-out blocks of ice. That is why I am so excited for her blog. It is sure to be filled with wonderful bridal inspiration! The lovely {Michelle Gainey} has been working very hard on the launch and opening of {StudioWed Atlanta}. Michelle has been keeping me posted on all the details which include a very cool giveaway that she has partnered up with {CBS Atlanta} and {Atlanta Occasions.com} on. One lucky and deserving couple will be given the wedding of a lifetime with a ceremony and reception at {Atlanta Botanical Garden} and will include catering, photography, and more! WOW! Thanks Laura for spreading the word! I've been working on some inspiration boards lately and so have been spending a lot of time drooling over your image archives here at SWS---makes me want to get married all over again (to the same guy of course!) LOVE your site :)
