Nothing says Christmas to my taste buds more than my grandfather's famous Chocolate Gravy. Yes, chocolate gravy! He learned how to make it as a cook in World War II and my huge, Southern family eats it every year on Christmas morning as a special treat!

When I think of Southern holidays, I think of crawfish pie. I plan on serving that up for Christmas Eve dinner. Yum!

Being from Texas, my family makes a BBQ brisket for Christmas instead of a ham or a turkey. It puts a little southern twist on the holiday meal!!

You made some excellent choices. I LOVE bread pudding, but turducken is one of my all time favorite holiday dishes.
