Wanwisa Wednesday: Fruitful Inspirations

Welcome back to our sixteenth spectacular Wanwisa Wednesday! Be sure to check out her previous posts I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, and XV for more fabulous wedding inspiration!

Look to beautiful seasonal fruits as inspiration for your big day! Not only do they pay tribute to the time of year of your wedding, using in-season and local fruit is a cost-effective way to add some low-key glamour to everything - from your centerpieces to your glorious five tier cake!

Take cue from Martha Stewart Wedding's gallery of fruit inspiration and create a beautiful seating card display using pretty fruits like pomegranates, or serve up some fruit flavored Vodka during cocktail hour, and give your guests some adorable caramel apples to take home! Have your calligrapher work with fruit for a unique seating card idea {via Nancy Howell Calligraphy}. Spice up your wedding day floral designs with tropical fruits {via LMD Floral Events} or add a bounty of grapes to a luscious purple arrangement {via Fleurs}. Divine fruit motifs are especially lovely on letterpress invitations like this suite from Dauphine Press. And top it all off by adding fresh fruit on your cake - how chic? {via Instyle Weddings}.

I hope these "fruitful" inspirations will help you add a lovely extra touch to your celebration!

Until next Wednesday! Xoxo Wanwisa
